Feasibility Report

Feasibility report is a preliminary study undertaken in the very early stage of a Redevelopment project.This analysis is one of the critical stages of the redevelopment process and belongs to the pre-construction phase. This study takes the initial idea and compares it with reality.
The study evaluates the self-redevelopment project to determine if it is technically feasible, economically feasible and if it will be profitable for the society members. It considers all possible situations and creates an analysis based on the worst-case scenario. The primary aim, to secure the project and society members from all possible risks. The outcome of the study denotes the minimum benefits that the society should get under any circumstance.

Real estate is considered an uncertain premise at this moment because of the constantly changing norms and regulations. The feasibility report takes into consideration all these uncertainties and helps the society take a calculated risk.

• Property Card
• C.T.S. Plan (City Survey Plan)
• D.P. Remarks
• T.P Remarks (if applicable)
• Conveyance Deed or Index 2
• BMC assessment tax receipt copy
• Copy of BMC approved Plan
• Existing Carpet area statement of the members
• Physical survey of plot
